We blend strawberries, bananas, mangoes, broccoli, spinach, flax seed and pear into a tasty “shake” that the kids actually ask for. Healthy eating without the battle.<\/p>\n

It helps to have a good blender like the Blendtec too.<\/p>\n

The trick is to get just the right balance so that the sweet fruit overpowers the more bitter veggies.<\/p>\n
