Since we have some free babysitting this weekend with Grandma and Grandpa Tomchak visiting, we decided to go out to dinner this evening at Wildfire and so a little outdoor shopping at the mall.

Last week and this week have been crazy so I’m behind on doing any posts. I had to work over the weekend for the first time in a long time too so there really wasn’t much of a weekend!
On the up side, we hired a new full time editor for the office to replace Brenda. Brenda will still come back from time to time to do small projects, but he will handle the bulk of the work. I’m excited to have some help on the way! He starts on April 1st and I’ll provide more information as time goes on.
The boys are doing very well and continue to grow…
The boys are getting closer to sleeping through the night, and Brenda has really done a good job with having a daily routine for them to get them to bed on time so that they sleep nearly all night. She has really taken the brunt of the overnight duties since I’ve been so busy working.
This weekend Grandma and Grandpa Tomchak to see the boys. They come in late Thursday evening and leave on Sunday, so we’re all looking forward to that!
I hope to have some more video posts soon. I’ve just been too busy to keep up, but that should change soon.
Just kidding of course! This photo just screams for a tag line though.
What do you do when you have TWO screaming babies at the same time, but you can only feed one of them? Let them feed themselves with this nifty bottle. This morning I was running late for work and as I was getting ready to leave both boys were hungry. Hungry enough that they were not interested in waiting for breakfast. But with this bottle, Andrew was able to take care of himself! Even though I was running late, I couldn’t resist taking the photo.
Of course this is not the new standard of care at the house, but it’s nice to have a solution in situations like that. Especially since it can sometimes take Max close to an hour to feed. He likes to savor the experience.
In case you missed it, you can download an excerpt of just the part of the show when I was on.

I was on a whole 2 minutes and 44 seconds!
