This Easter we did our very first Egg Hunt at Cantigny Park in Wheaton IL. It was probably the first really good warm weekend this year and nobody appreciates warm weather like people in the midwest.

Pure joy these kids are. They are just so fascinating and entertaining to watch.
They are so well brainwashed that they’re excited about peas and cucumbers. Literally, excited! You would think it was a happy meal.
I love that Andrew wrote out this note for me. I’m not sure what inspired it but it made my day. 
It has been a few months since I picked up the camera. There are usually less opportunities to shoot anything interesting during the winter months and I think I was a little burned out by the time winter set in anyway.
Recently I pulled out the camera to use it on shoot for BTS photos and decided to snap a few photos of the boys since they were acting goofy.
I can’t wait for summer to hit so we can get outside and take some new outdoor photos.
Not to be left out, Sydney had her first dentist appointment this past Saturday with mom (photos by mom) while Dad was running errands with the boys.
She passed with flying colors and had no cavities.
