This is pretty typical of what it’s like when we try to take any kind of planned photo at all with the kids. Running and chasing them with the camera is fine, but try to get them to sit with you and just give up. These photos are from Mothers day and the rest are on Flickr.
Last fall we went to the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, my favorite Chicago Museum by far. I had not been there since they updated the submarine exhibit, and it’s pretty awesome now. This one exhibit alone is worth making the trip for.
Congratulations Mike, you’re now officially a responsible adult!
Thank you Toni for taking so many photos for us. I usually bring the camera, and just don’t have the time to do anything with it, so you taking all of these photos was a great idea!

We made much better time coming home then we did going to MI. Traveling at night seems to be the key, and I think we’ll be doing a lot more of it. They normally go to bed around 7pm, which is a great time to travel. No traffic, and no delays through the many constructions zones on I-94 right now.
