This past weekend Sydney tested and passed for her first Taekwondo belt update since starting classes less than 2 months ago.
Our little girl is already 11 years old. She’s beautiful, hilarious, and smart as a whip! I’m so proud to call her my favorite daughter.
It’s kind of amazing how things are different from just a few years ago. When the kids first started doing halloween I would basically do an entire photo shoot with them in their outfits. This year I snapped a photo on my phone while we were out trick-or-treating. And I nearly forgot to do that!

Today I finally had time to hang up the most recent batch of school photos. We were pretty happy with the way they all came out this year.
As it turns out Sydney needs glasses. Not as bad as her brother did, but she’s crossed over that line enough that we’re going to get her a pair soon. To get the ball rolling we went and tried on a few different frames to get some ideas.
